Recipe Tips: Brinjal chutney is very much liked in South India, you can also make it this way

Required Ingredients:

- Ten small brinjals

- Two tablespoon of peanuts

- Two pinch asafoetida

- Two small tomato

- Four teaspoon of oil

- One teaspoon of salt

- One teaspoon of cumin

- Ten cloves of garlic

- Four green chilies

- Two teaspoon tamarind

- One tsp ginger

Make it this way:

First of all, heat oil in a pan and cook asafoetida, cumin, curry leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilies, peanuts and tamarind on low flame.

Now cook the brinjal in it till it becomes soft.

Now cook it by mixing tomato and salt.

Now after it cools down, put it in a mixer and grind it.

In this way, your brinjal chutney is made.
