Recipe Tips: Make peanut barfi in winter season, this is the method

Required Ingredients: 

- Half kilo peanuts

- One bowl of water

- Cardamom powder

- Saffron flakes

- Two tablespoons of ghee

- Four hundred grams of sugar or jaggery.

This is the way to make it: 

First peel the roasted peanuts and grind them finely in a mixer.

Now make sugar or jaggery syrup in a vessel. 

Now mix the ground peanuts well in this syrup. 

After this, add ghee, cardamom and saffron to it.

Now spread the mixture in a plate greased with ghee. 

When the mixture sets, cut it into desired shapes.
