Required Ingredients:

  • Ragi - one bowl
  • Rajgira - half bowl
  • jowar - half-bowl
  • rice - one bowl
  • black gram - half bowl
  • urad dal - two bowls
  • rajma, moong dal - half bowl
  • desi ghee - as per requirement
  • salt - as per taste

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, soak ragi, jowar, black gram and all other grains and pulses in water for eight hours.

Now take out this mixture from water and grind it. Now add salt to it.

Now keep this mixture in a warm place for three hours.

Now heat the pan on medium flame and spread ghee around it.

Now take multigrain dosa batter in a bowl, put it in the middle of the pan and spread it in a round shape.

Now bake it till it becomes golden from both sides.

In this way, your multigrain dosa is prepared.
