Required Ingredients:

- Ghee

- Half kg Mawa

- Half kg Sugar

- 125 grams Maida

- 25 grams of grated paneer

- Baking soda

- 50 grams of Chironji

Make Gulab Jamun in this way:

First of all, prepare syrup with sugar and water.

Now put mawa in a big bowl and mix paneer, maida, and soda in it well.

Now make small balls out of it and fill them with chironji.

Now heat ghee and fry these balls.

Now put them in sugar syrup.

Now you taste Gulab Jamun.
