How to make Bajra Laddus
First of all roast the millet flour on low flame. When the flour gets lightly roasted, add dry fruits, ghee and jaggery to it.
Before adding jaggery, grind jaggery well and make powder out of it. You can also do this work in Mixie.
While preparing the base of laddus, do not mix all the sesame seeds in it, rather keep some sesame seeds in the last for garnishing.
Make laddoos from the prepared spices and at last, roll the laddoos in a plate of sesame seeds. Due to this sesame seeds will stick on top of the laddoos, which will make the laddoos look more attractive and sesame seeds will also give a little crunchy taste.
