She is a 3-time national champion in Tanta. She has won a state medal in skating.

The father left his job for his daughter

Seeing his daughter's interest in sports, her father left his job. Manu Bhaker's mother wanted her to become a doctor. But her old school coach advised her to try her luck in shooting.
