1. Threatening to insert a rod into the private parts
Celina 's petition states that Peter allegedly threatened to sexually assault her after the infamous 2012 Delhi gang rape . It states, "After learning about the incident in Delhi, whenever they had an argument, Peter would threaten to insert a rod into Celina 's private parts and tell her that she deserved such treatment. Celina was extremely frightened by Peter's aggressive statements, and she would try her best to calm him down."
2. He regularly invited Selena upstairs to his study.
The complaint states that Peter forced her to have unnatural sex. Selena has alleged that Peter kept demanding physical relations on his terms. The allegations filed in the court state, 'He would regularly call Selena upstairs to his study room, where he would force her to submit to his desires. This included anal sex and unnatural sexual activities, while he remained completely away from any kind of emotional intimacy or affection.'
3. Advice to establish physical relations with one of the board directors of the company
The allegations also allege that he pressured her to sleep with other men. "He treated her as nothing more than a sex object," the allegations state. "During a disturbing period between late 2014 and early 2015, he coldly suggested to her that she should have a physical relationship with one of his company's board directors to improve her position at work."

In another shocking allegation, Celina claimed that Peter took nude pictures of her for his sadistic gratification and later used them to blackmail her. The complaint filed by the actress states that Peter took nude pictures of her and blackmailed her. "He took nude pictures of Celina in compromising positions and threatened to leak these pictures to the press if she did not comply with his sexual demands. The complaint states that this incident happened three weeks after the birth of their twins. It states that Peter grabbed her wrist and pushed her out of the apartment, saying, "Get out of my life." Celina's feeding clothes were left outside the house, and a neighbor saw her and ran to her rescue.
6. Asked for help during her period, threw a glass of wine against the wall
After four wedding ceremonies and a honeymoon in Italy, the couple had their first fight when Jaitley complained of menstrual cramps. She said her husband flew into a rage upon hearing this. The petition states, "She was so troubled by her period cramps that she had to go to the hospital to see a doctor. When she asked Peter to take her to the doctor, he became unreasonably angry, shouted at her, and smashed a glass of wine against the wall."
7. Told Selena she looks like a maid
Celina's claims also allege that Peter frequently used racist and derogatory slurs against her. He would call her his maid and say that she looked like his maid or that people would mistake her for one. According to the petition, this constant humiliation caused her significant mental harm and her self-esteem gradually eroded.
8. Peter separates the children from Celina
The petition also details how Peter separated the children from Celina. It alleges that her husband subjected her to severe emotional, sexual, verbal, financial, and physical abuse, forcing her to flee her home in Austria and return to India without her children. She also stated that since then, her husband has blocked her access to the children, except for a single visit on November 14th. According to the report, Jaitley's lawyer, Niharika Karanjwala, stated that she is pursuing the case in the Austrian court. Her children are her primary concern. She said, "We have also sought custody and access to them in the domestic violence case. Fortunately, two days ago, the Austrian court granted them permission to speak on the phone for one hour every day."
9. Pressure to transfer ownership of the Mumbai house to his name
The actress's petition states that Haag is a narcissistic and self-centered person. In her claims, Jaitley also told the court that Haag had an irritable temper and that his drinking habit often caused her stress. She also stated that Haag had deceived her into gaining control of her property and financial matters. Jaitley also stated that Haag pressured her to transfer ownership of her Mumbai home to him when she was in a state of depression following the death of her newborn child.
10. Peter had been in a live-in relationship
Jaitley's lawyer Niharika Karanjawala also claimed that soon after the birth of the twins to Celina, Peter's sister had told him that he had previously been in a live-in relationship, whereas during his affair with Celina, he had described himself as single.
11. Take over all credit and debit cards
The lawyer stated that financial conflicts were a major factor in the dispute. Peter reportedly took control of all of Selena's credit and debit cards, controlling her income and savings. He would react angrily if Selena questioned his income. Selena also discovered that Peter had sold their joint property in Vienna without informing her. Peter reportedly claimed financial difficulties, while the two were arguing over money.
12. Request to transfer rental income to your account
According to the lawyer, Peter had been unemployed for several years. He convinced Selina to transfer the rental income from their Mumbai property to his account. The couple traveled between Mumbai, Dubai, and Singapore for several years for Peter's job, eventually settling in a small mountain village in Austria. According to Karanjwala, Peter allegedly hid her passport and documents. Eventually, while searching for a secluded place to speak with her lawyer, Selina found them and fled to India with the help of a neighbor.
13. He was misled and manipulated during the hearing
The court complaint also reveals that Peter Haag has previously filed for divorce. He filed the application in an Austrian court in August 2025. Celina's petition claims that she was misled and manipulated during those hearings. She alleges that she was not fluent in the local language and was denied legal advice, leaving her helpless in the foreign legal system. The petition states that her inter-caste and inter-religion marriage took place in September 2010 at the Gratwein registry office under Austrian civil law. This marriage took place at her husband's request because she had refused to register the marriage in India. The couple subsequently lived in places like Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore, and Austria.
14. Demanded expensive gifts from Selena and her family
The legal complaint states that Peter allegedly demanded expensive gifts from Celina and her family. According to the documents, Peter told Celina that all the Indian grooms he knew had received lavish gifts from the bride's family and demanded luxurious clothes, cufflinks, and jewelry. The complaint states that Celina's family gave him several sets of designer cufflinks worth approximately ₹600,000 and jewelry worth ₹1000,000.
15. Used to abuse in front of children
Celina married Austrian businessman and hotelier Peter in 2011. They have three sons, twins Winston and Viraj, born in 2012. Arthur, born in 2017, and their second son, who died due to heart disease. The lawyer claimed that Peter called her an alcoholic in front of their children. Celina claimed that Peter called her derogatory terms like "f**king bitch," "wh**e," and "sl*t" in their presence. The complaint states, "Celina was deeply hurt and wrote letters and emails to Peter requesting him not to use such abusive language during normal conversation." Speaking to Mid-Day, Celina's lawyer, Niharika Karanjawala, said, "She had to flee to India with nothing. She was in no position to bring her children with her because she feared her husband might file a kidnapping case against her." This could have affected his custody case forever.
50 crore rupees in damages and a monthly alimony of 10 lakh rupees
Celina's lawyers (Karanjawala & Co.) stated that the former Miss India is seeking damages of ₹50 crore and a monthly alimony of ₹1 million. Peter has been directed to appear in court next month.
