In addition to the Indian box office, "Dhurandhar 2" has also taken over the Australian box office. "Dhurandhar: The Revenge" crossed the AUD 6 million mark in just 10 days, becoming the first Indian film to do so. In this regard, "Dhurandhar 2" has even surpassed its predecessor, "Dhurandhar," which was the highest-grossing Indian film in Australia with earnings of AUD 5.598 million.

Dhurandhar 2 broke Animal's record

"Dhurandhar 2" grossed AUD 568,000 at the Australian box office on its second Saturday. With this new benchmark, "Dhurandhar: The Revenge" surpassed every Indian film released in Australia so far. Previous top-listers included "Animal" (AUD 5.023 million), "Pathan" (AUD 4.721 million), and "Jawaan" (AUD 4.680 million). In its second weekend alone, it grossed approximately AUD 1.40 million. Now, "Dhurandhar 2" has become the first Hindi film to cross the AUD 6 million mark.

These films were wiped out

Looking at Australia's record charts, it has been difficult for Indian films to reach this milestone in recent years. In 2009, "3 Idiots" became the first Indian film to cross the 1 million AUD mark.
