The show is currently in its Family Week phase, with close family members of contestants entering the house one by one. After the arrival of Kunika Sadanand’s son Ayaan, Ashnoor Kaur’s father Gurmeet Singh, and Gaurav Khanna’s wife Akanksha, the latest to join the house is Farhana Bhatt’s mother.

Though the episode featuring her hasn’t aired yet, the makers have shared a promo video that has already created buzz. The promo shows Farhana’s mother bringing a wave of fun, affection, and light-hearted roasting inside the house. She warmly praised Gaurav Khanna and didn’t hesitate to tease her own daughter, Farhana. Later, she also took a playful dig at Amaal Malik.

As soon as Farhana sees her mother entering, she becomes emotional, with tears in her eyes. Her mother also gets emotional, and the contestants welcome her with excitement and warmth.

During the interaction, Farhana’s mother tells Gaurav Khanna that she is a big fan of his. Gaurav, amused, asks her to inform Farhana about it. Smiling, she jokes, “She doesn’t even know what TV is,” prompting Farhana to laugh and say, “My mom has come here just to roast me.”

Her witty one-liners didn’t stop there. Referring to a past moment when Farhana had questioned Gaurav’s profession, Amaal Malik stepped in and jokingly asked her mother, “Why does she have such a long tongue?” In a hilarious comeback, Farhana’s mother replied, “Her tongue is still shorter than yours.” The entire house, including Amaal, erupted in laughter at her sharp humor.
