Jennifer recalled her dispute with the show's operations head Sohail Ramani in the year 2018. She claimed that Sohail abused her over the phone. Hurt by this incident, she decided to seek help from Asit Modi. But instead of getting support, Asit Modi behaved inappropriately with her.

Jennifer Mistry said, 'I went to Asit ji to talk about the problem going on between me and Sohail, but he told me that you are looking sexy.' Jennifer mentioned another incident of 2022, when she requested a visa letter to go to Switzerland. During the phone conversation, she started crying. Then according to her, Asit Modi said, why are you crying? If you were here, I would have hugged you. I would have definitely taken a chance. You don't care about me at all.

The actress also revealed the incident that happened during the shoot in Singapore in the year 2019. She said, 'We were shooting on March 8, 2019. He came to me and said that your roommate goes out every day. Why don't you come to my room and drink whiskey? You will get bored alone.'

Jennifer said that initially she tried to ignore such things, but later she realized the seriousness of the situation. During the same Singapore trip, another disturbing incident happened in a coffee shop. According to Jennifer, Asit Modi came very close to her and said, 'Your lips are very sexy. I feel like holding you and kissing you. I was very scared after hearing this. My hands and feet became cold.'

Jennifer further claimed that Asit Modi also spoke inappropriately to her co-star Monika Bhadoria. The actress said, 'He asked Monika how many boyfriends you have?'
