Anmol Bishnoi, the younger brother of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, will now remain in Tihar Jail. The Patiala House Court has remanded him in judicial custody. The Home Ministry has issued an order regarding this. Any state police or agency that wishes to interrogate Anmol Bishnoi within one year will now have to go to Tihar Jail.

Anmol Bishnoi, the younger brother of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, will now remain in Tihar Jail. The Patiala House Court has remanded him in judicial custody. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has issued an order regarding this. According to this order, Anmol has now been locked up in Tihar Jail for one year. This order is the same as the one applicable to his brother Lawrence Bishnoi.

Under Section 303 of the IPC, no state police or agency will be able to take Anmol Bishnoi into custody for one year. Any state police or agency that wishes to interrogate him within the next one year will have to go to Tihar Jail. Whether it's the Mumbai Police or the Punjab Police, interrogations will now take place only inside Tihar Jail. He will not be released from jail.

Who is Anmol Bishnoi?

Anmol Bishnoi, brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and a close associate of his, has been deported from the United States. Anmol was deported to India this month and is being questioned by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). It is reported that, working in collaboration with various associates of the Bishnoi gang, Anmol continued to operate a terrorist syndicate and carry out terrorist activities on behalf of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang from the United States, using his operatives on the ground.

There is a connection with these cases

The NIA investigation revealed that Anmol Bishnoi provided shelter and logistical support to the gang's shooters and ground operatives. He was also involved in extortion from foreign soil into India with the help of other gangsters. Anmol is an accused in the murder of Baba Siddiqui. He also has connections to the firing at Salman Khan's house and the Sidhu Moosewala murder case. He has serious criminal cases registered against him in several states. Anmol actively assisted designated terrorists Goldy Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi in carrying out various terrorist acts in the country during the period 2020-2023.

Baba Siddiqui was close to Salman, also killed Moosewala

Anmol is also an accused in the murder of Baba Siddiqui. He is the main conspirator. Mumbai Police has arrested 26 accused in this case so far. Baba Siddiqui was allegedly murdered because of his close and emotional attachment to Salman Khan. Furthermore, in May 2022, Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead. Anmol Bishnoi also assisted in this. Lawrence plotted Sidhu Moosewala's murder from Tihar Jail.
