After the strong success of Raid and its sequel Raid 2, Ajay Devgn is gearing up to return with the third part of the much-loved crime thriller franchise. Titled Raid 3, the film will once again see Ajay teaming up with director Rajkumar Gupta. The makers have reportedly been working on the script for several months, and fans’ enthusiasm for the franchise is one of the major reasons behind expanding it further.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, the script development is almost complete, and the team plans to start shooting in the second half of next year. The report also suggests that Raid 3 will be grander and more gripping than the previous two installments.
Raid 3 is expected to be mounted on a bigger scale, with Ajay Devgn facing a completely new and more intense challenge this time. Ajay is currently tied up with multiple film commitments, so the team plans to begin shooting once he wraps up his ongoing projects. For now, the makers have tentatively scheduled the shoot to begin around June 2026.
