Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has ordered the demolition of the nightclub. Yesterday, police issued an Interpol notice against the club's two owners, Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra.
Following the Goa fire, both club owners fled to Thailand via Delhi. They are now listed on the Interpol list. Police are trying to bring them back to India.

The Chief Minister's Office issued the order
According to the Goa Chief Minister's Office (CMO), Interpol has issued a Blue Corner notice against the Luthra brothers. Chief Minister Sawant has ordered the North Goa district administration to demolish the nightclub.
According to a senior official from the Chief Minister's Office, "The night club has been built illegally on government land. It will be demolished on Tuesday. The district administration has prepared all the machinery."

The Goa fire killed 25 people, including five tourists. Sparks from electric fireworks ignited when they came into contact with the wooden ceiling of the club. Many people fled to the basement, which had no ventilation, to save their lives. Twenty-one people died of suffocation.
Police took action

Following the fire, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant ordered a thorough investigation. Goa police have arrested several suspects. However, the club's owners have fled the country, and efforts are underway to bring them back.
