SBI Bank: SBI Bank issued advisory before two-day strike, know what it said

The country's largest government bank SBI will remain closed for 6 days from today. In such a situation, the bank has issued some advisory so that the customers of the bank do not face any problem. Anyway, the bank always takes care of the convenience of its customers. On Friday, an advisory has been issued by the bank for the customers. In which it has been told that the employees of the bank are on a two-day strike. Please note that the employees of State Bank of India are going to be on a two-day strike on 25th and 26th May. Before this, 23rd and 24th May are Saturday and Sunday and after this also the bank has a holiday on account of Eid.

A post was shared through the bank's official account. The bank informed customers that it was making efforts to ensure essential banking services continued at its branches during the strike. However, the bank advised customers to use alternative banking channels to minimize inconvenience.

this post says: Please note that the All India State Bank of India Staff Federation has announced a two-day strike on May 25th and 26th, 2026. We are making every effort to ensure that customers receive the necessary services at their branches. Following this, the bank has made three important requests to customers.
- Use ATMs/ADWMs when you need cash
- Use Customer Service Points (CSPs)
- Prefer Internet Banking, YONO, Mobile Banking, UPI and other digital platforms
