Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh): A police encounter took place in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, where three criminals came face-to-face with Khurja Nagar Police and the SWAT team. A video of the encounter has been released publicly and is rapidly circulating online. In the clip, one of the accused can be seen limping after being shot by police.

Accused Involved in Attempted Murder

According to news agency ANI, the accused have been identified as Mukesh, Pawan, and Yuvraj alias Yudhishthir. Police officials revealed that the same trio had allegedly shot a youth named Arjun a day earlier, leaving him critically injured.

During the encounter, two accused sustained bullet injuries while the third was arrested unharmed. Police recovered:

• One motorcycle

• Two illegal pistols

• Two empty shells

• Two live cartridges

The injured criminals are currently undergoing medical treatment.

The encounter took place near Chola Road, Peela Bombay area in Bulandshahr.

Police Statement Released on Video

UP Police shared a video on platform X (Twitter) featuring Circle Officer Khurja, Shobhit Kumar, who stated that the suspects were wanted in an attempted murder case. He confirmed that police retaliated after the criminals opened fire, resulting in injuries to two of them, while one was apprehended safely.
