The Indian women's cricket team on Monday entered the semi-finals of the ICC T20 World Cup by defeating Ireland by 5 runs on the basis of DLS rule.
Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur has also registered a record in this match. Harmanpreet Kaur completed her 3000 runs in International T20 cricket. She became the first woman cricketer in India and the fourth in the world to achieve this feat.
Harmanpreet Kaur has scored 3006 runs in 135 innings in 150 matches. Harmanpreet Kaur scored 13 runs in this match against Ireland.
Suzy Bates holds the world record for scoring the most runs in T20 cricket. He has scored the maximum 3820 runs in 140 innings of 143 matches. MM Lanning scored 3346, SR Taylor scored 3166 and SFM Devine scored 2969 runs.
