IPL 2023: Kagiso Rabada broke Malinga's record, completed 100 wickets in IPL

Even though Punjab Kings had to face defeat against Gujarat Titans in the 18th match of IPL 2023, but in this match the team's fast bowler Kagiso Rabada has registered an IPL record in his name.

In the match, Kagiso Rabada dismissed Wriddhiman Saha to complete his 100 wickets in IPL. He holds the record of taking the fastest 100 wickets in IPL as a fast bowler. In this case, he broke the record of former Sri Lankan fast bowler Lasith Malinga. South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada completed a century of wickets in IPL in just 64 matches.

While former Mumbai Indians fast bowler Malinga achieved this feat in 70 matches. Indian fast bowler Harshal Patel completed his hundred IPL wickets in 79 matches. Fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who won the Purple Cap twice, completed 100 IPL wickets in 81 matches.
