The digital age has simplified many tasks including money transfer. Earlier, one had to go to the bank to send money, but now, you can easily accomplish this from the comfort of your home using your mobile phone and internet connection. Leading private sector bank HDFC Bank has recently introduced three digital products related to UPI, namely UPI 123Pay, UPI plug-in service for merchant transactions, and Autopay on QR code.

UPI 123Pay enables individuals to make UPI payments by simply making a phone call, making it accessible even to those without internet access or a smartphone. Customers can easily book and pay for services through Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
