Now finally, after a long wait, WhatsApp is rolling it out. This feature will work for channels like the pin feature available for chats. With its help, you can pin up to two WhatsApp channels. By doing this, the pinned channels will be visible to you at the top of the channels section. This means that just like you pin important messages in the chat, you can also pin important channels in the same way.

A screenshot has also been given in the report, in which pinned channels are visible in the channels section. However, keep in mind that at present this feature is being rolled out as a test for some lucky beta users. After this it will be brought for the stable version.
