On the complaint of the victim's wife, the police have registered a case against the constable, his mother and his elder brother. She has accused her husband of having married five times so far. He has not yet divorced four of them. When she opposed this, her husband beat her brutally, which led to a miscarriage of her three-month-old pregnancy.

The woman said that she was married to a young man named Rahul Kumar from Muzaffarnagar. Before marriage, she did not know that Rahul drinks alcohol. But, after marriage, Rahul used to come home drunk and beat her. He even comes to Bareilly and creates a ruckus. He has already married a girl named Nishi, Sonu, Manorama Devi and Sivani. Now he is planning to marry a girl from Muzaffarnagar for the sixth time.

The victim said that her father has retired from the Air Force. Her brother is an army officer. She said that her mother-in-law Satveeri and brother-in-law Prashant Kumar also support her husband. In this entire case, Inspector Vinay Kumar said that a case has been registered and investigation is being done. There is no response from the Haryana constable in this matter yet.
