It easily becomes its victim from one to another through additional one and two mutations. The JN.1 variant spreads rapidly and can cause infection.

The number of patients is increasing in India

According to the Ministry of Health, there has been an increase in the cases of COVID-19 in the country but the situation is still under control. So far, about 258 cases have been registered in the country. The highest number of corona cases in India have been registered in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. However, it is being said that all the cases of corona confirmed so far have symptoms similar to those of common flu. There has been no need to hospitalize the patient.

Although the Covid JN.1 variant spreads rapidly, it cannot be said how deadly it is. The JN.1 variant easily preys on people with low immunity. Therefore, the government is instructing people to use masks and sanitizers.

– Avoid eating street food and excessively spicy food.

– Take a balanced and healthy diet to boost immunity.

– Do yoga and physical activity regularly, especially breathing exercises.

– Avoid going into crowded places unnecessarily.

– Drink as much water as possible.

– If anyone in the house has cold or cough, stay away from them.

– Common symptoms of flu can also be Covid infection, so get proper treatment.

– Avoid taking any medicine on your own.
