6 sixes in DPL and stormy century in IPL
Arya made headlines when he hit six consecutive sixes in an over in the inaugural season of the Delhi Premier League. Following his impressive season, he was acquired by the Punjab Kings for ₹3.80 crore in IPL 2025. The left-handed batsman justified his price by scoring 475 runs in 17 innings at a strike rate of 179.24. He then had another impressive season in DPL 2025, scoring 303 runs in eight innings at an average of 37.88 and a strike rate of 166.48.
Prabhsimran is also creating havoc
Prabhsimran Singh, on the other hand, has been a consistent performer for Punjab since 2023. The opening batsman dominated IPL 2023 with 358 runs in 14 innings, including a century and a half-century. He also scored 354 runs in the 2024 season. The 25-year-old had his best season to date in 2025, scoring 549 runs in 17 innings at an average of 32.29, including four half-centuries.
