Rescue teams deployed at the scene
Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu said that he is personally monitoring the situation. I am shocked and saddened to learn about the plane crash in Ahmedabad. Have directed all aviation and emergency response agencies to take immediate action. Rescue teams have been deployed. Relief assistance is being provided at the site.
Fire services present at the accident site
Fire services and other agencies have reached the accident site in Ahmedabad. Three National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams comprising 90 personnel have been sent to the plane crash site from Gandhinagar. A total of three more teams are being sent from Vadodara, the NDRF said.
