Chanakya Niti: When are friends, wives, and children truly tested? Learn what Chanakya says

Arya Chanakya was a great thinker, economist, and diplomat. He wrote a book called Chanakya Niti. In this book, Chanakya says that sometimes difficult times come in a person's life. Who is there for you then? And who are those who abandon you in times of difficulty? This is the true identity. A person should always remember two people: those who were with you during your difficult times, and those who abandoned you after the difficulties. Chanakya also advised that you should always help those who helped you in your difficult times. Chanakya says that the true test of a person in difficult times is his wife, friends, and son. So let's learn what Chanakya said about this.

The Test of a Wife - Chanakya says that when you earn a lot of money, have wealth, and your home is prosperous, your wife will always be with you. But sometimes the cycle reverses. Suppose you have no wealth left and become poor, even in such a situation your wife does not abandon you. If she works shoulder to shoulder with you, supports you, and trusts you, Chanakya says such a wife has passed her most difficult test.

Friends – Chanakya says that when you have a lot of money, everyone is your friend. Everyone respects you. But sometimes times come when you don't have money. You need money. In such a situation, the friend who comes to your aid is a true friend. Only the one who helps you in your difficult times should be considered a true friend.

Son – Chanakya says that a child's true identity is revealed in old age. If your son takes as much care of you in old age as you did in your youth, then such a son will pass all tests, Chanakya says.
