Ahmedabad Plane Crash Arjun Sad Story: 38-year-old Arjun Patoliya, who lives in London, had performed the last rites of his wife in India a few days ago. After immersing his wife's ashes in the village river, when he boarded Air India flight AI-171 to return to London, who knew that this journey would become the most painful turn of his life.

According to the report, Arjun's wife Bharatiben died a week ago. Her last wish was that her ashes be immersed in her ancestral village located in Amreli district of Gujarat. Arjun fulfilled this wish with full respect and reverence. He reached the village with his wife's ashes in a flower-decorated urn and completed the religious rituals with the family members.

After these rituals, he decided to return to London so that he could meet his two daughters aged 4 and 8 years who were waiting for him there. But as soon as the flight took off from Ahmedabad airport on the afternoon of June 12, a few minutes later it crashed in Meghani Nagar area. There were a total of 242 people on board this plane, including 53 British citizens. It is being told that shortly after takeoff, the height of the plane started decreasing rapidly and the landing gear opened downwards. In the CCTV footage, the plane was seen falling in a residential area, causing massive destruction there.

Investigation has now started

This accident is considered to be one of the biggest plane accidents in India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the spot and expressed condolences to the victim families. At the same time, Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu said that the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has started the investigation as per the guidelines of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
