Dhurandhar Box Office Collection: Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna starrer "Dhurandhar" has created box office history. The film has surpassed all previous Hindi films to become the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time. The makers themselves confirmed this significant achievement by sharing a success poster on social media. Let's find out how much "Dhurandhar" has collected so far.
Makers shared the success poster
On Wednesday, the film's production house, Jio Studios, shared a poster on social media, touting "Dhurandhar" as India's highest-grossing Hindi film. Along with the poster, the makers wrote, "Thank you, India. Ganpati Bappa Moriya." The post has sparked widespread reactions from fans and those in the film industry.
Leaving behind 'Pushpa 2'
According to the makers, the pan-India film 'Pushpa 2' had collected a net of Rs 831 crore from the Indian box office in 33 days. 'Dhurandhar' has surpassed this figure, setting a new record. The Hindi version of 'Pushpa 2' had earned Rs 821 crore, which 'Dhurandhar' has now surpassed. However, according to trade experts, 'Dhurandhar' had collected around Rs 782 crore till Tuesday and there may be a slight difference in the official figures. Despite this, considering the pace of the film, it is being considered as the biggest hit of Hindi cinema.
New record in single language
"Dhurandhar" has set a new record by becoming the highest-grossing film in a single language. "Dhurandhar" now tops the list of highest-grossing Hindi films, followed by "Pushpa 2" in second place, "Chava" in third, and Shah Rukh Khan's film in fourth.
