Ahead of the second and final Test against the West Indies starting on October 10, Team India attended a dinner hosted by head coach Gautam Gambhir at his Delhi residence on October 8. The dinner was arranged to bring the squad together before the match at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.

Harshit Rana’s Separate Arrival
Notably, Harshit Rana, who is not part of the West Indies series squad, also attended the dinner. He arrived in his private car, separate from the team, which traveled by bus. Rana’s presence, despite not being in the squad, has drawn attention, highlighting his close association with Gambhir, who also lives in Delhi.

Team India and Guests
The Indian players, along with support staff, arrived together on the team bus. Most players wore white T-shirts, with Shubman Gill sporting a branded Amiri T-shirt. BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla was also present at the dinner, adding to the gathering’s significance.
