How much did gold become cheaper?
Gold prices continued to fall for the sixth consecutive session due to slowdown in the global market. Today, the price of gold fell by Rs 2,100 to Rs 1.56 lakh per 10 grams. The price of 24 carat gold with 99.9 percent purity fell by Rs 2,100 from the closing level of Rs 1,58,200 per 10 grams to a nearly three-week low of Rs 1,56,100 per 10 grams. Gold prices have fallen by Rs 11,000 in the last six trading sessions.
How much is silver worth?
Silver prices also fell for the second consecutive day. Today, the price of silver fell by ₹5,000 to ₹235,500 per kg. In the previous session, silver prices closed at ₹240,500 per kg.
