Curd Benefits: Curd is not only tasty but also very beneficial for health. It contains protein, calcium, vitamin B12 and good bacteria, which benefit the body in many ways. But most people know the benefits of eating curd but do not know the right way to eat it. Due to which many types of problems occur.

What mistakes should we avoid while eating curd?

  1. Do not eat curd at night.
  2. Eating curd at night can cause cold, heaviness or phlegm. If you have to eat curd at night, then add turmeric or black pepper to it.
  3. Do not eat very sour or old curd.
  4. Eating old curd or very sour curd can cause gas, acidity or upset stomach. Eat fresh curd and add some salt, cumin or sugar to it. If you are a diabetic patient, do not add sugar at all.
  5. Do not eat curd with fish or non-veg.
  6. According to Ayurveda, eating fish and curd together can cause skin allergies or stomach problems.
  7. Do not eat curd on an empty stomach.
  8. Eating curd on an empty stomach can be dangerous. Some people may get heartburn or acidity from it. Curd should always be eaten with or after food
  9. How to eat curd in summer and winter?
  10. Eating curd is beneficial in summer and rain. But in winter it should be eaten in small quantities and if you have to eat it, then eat it with hot things. Always eat fresh curd, very sour or stale curd can cause harm.
