1. Sudden weight loss
If you are seeing rapid weight loss without any diet or exercise. Like 4-5 kg or more, then this can be a matter of concern. Sometimes cancer of stomach, lungs, pancreas or food pipe gives such signs.
2. Frequent bleeding
If bleeding through nose, urine, cough or stool is happening frequently, then do not ignore it. This can be a sign of some internal cancer, such as colon or bladder cancer.
3. Chronic cough or change in voice
If you have a cough that persists for several weeks, or your voice sounds heavy and strange, it could be a symptom of lung or throat cancer.
4. Lump or swelling in the body
If you notice any unusual lump or swelling in the neck, breast, armpit or anywhere else, which does not cause pain when pressed, then it is important to consult a doctor. This can be an early sign of cancer.
5. Difficulty in swallowing

7. Skin changes
If a new mole, mark or mole is appearing on the skin or the colour, shape or texture of the old mole is changing, then this could be a symptom of skin cancer.
8. Fatigue and weakness
Constant fatigue, feeling tired even after sleep, lethargy in the body can also be one of the early signs of some kind of cancer. In such a situation, instead of being careless, one should consult a doctor.
How to do the test at home
Breast Self-Examination – Women should check for any lumps or changes in their breasts every month.
Examination of the mouth and tongue: Look in a mirror to see if there are any white spots, blisters, or sores inside the mouth.
Skin checkup. If there are new moles, rashes or changes in colour on the body, be careful.
Colour, odour, or presence of blood in urine or stool may be a sign of cancer.
