IND vs WI: John Campbell did wonders for the West Indies, breathing life into the Caribbean team with his century.

John Campbell has been impressive for the West Indies cricket team with his powerful batting. Campbell has played a superb game and reached his century.

New Delhi: West Indies' John Campbell performed brilliantly in the Delhi Test match against India. Campbell scored a brilliant century in the second innings for the Caribbean team. This is Campbell's first century in Test cricket. Campbell completed his century in 175 balls. In this century, he also hit 9 fours and 3 sixes. With the help of this century, the West Indies team reduced India's lead to less than 100 runs by forcing the follow-on.

Although Campbell was not able to do anything special in the first innings. He scored only 10 runs while opening the innings, but he performed brilliantly in the second innings. The West Indies team was reduced to 248 runs in their first innings, due to which the Caribbean team had to follow on.

John Campbell received excellent support from Shai Hope
during his century. The two shared a partnership of over 150 runs. Shai Hope also performed brilliantly in the first innings, but lost his wicket before reaching his half-century. However, Hope did not miss the opportunity in the second innings and completed his fifty. In this way, Hope and Campbell together troubled the Indian bowlers on the third day of play.

India scored 518 runs in the first innings.
Speaking of Team India's batting, they declared their innings at 518 for 5. Yashasvi Jaiswal and captain Shubman Gill scored strong centuries for Team India. Sai Sudarshan also contributed 87 runs, while Nitish Kumar Reddy made 43 and Dhruv Jurel made 44.
