While Bollywood’s biggest names — from the Khans to Ranbir and Ranveer — are busy making headlines, Kartik Aaryan is quietly setting up one of the most strategic releases of the year. With multiple films in the pipeline, Kartik is ready to close 2025 with a bang through his upcoming romantic drama “Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri”, produced by Karan Johar and directed by Sameer Vidwans.

Originally planned for a 2026 release, the film has now been preponed to December 31, 2025, making it the grand year-end attraction. Reports suggest that Kartik has charged a significant fee for the project, reflecting his growing box-office appeal.

According to recent updates, the makers have planned a two-step promotional campaign:

• The first look of the film will be unveiled on October 30, coinciding with Ananya Panday’s birthday.

• The official trailer will drop on November 22, on Kartik Aaryan’s birthday — a move designed to create maximum buzz ahead of the New Year release.

This film also marks Kartik and Ananya’s second collaboration, after their hit Pati Patni Aur Woh.

However, the big question now is whether Kartik’s film will be able to hold its ground against Ranveer Singh’s upcoming entertainer “Dhurandhar”, which is also set for a December release. With both films targeting the same festive window, audiences might witness one of the most exciting box-office clashes of the year.
