2. Beetroot

This red fruit works directly on your blood. It's a powerhouse of iron, folic acid, and potassium. Drinking a glass of beetroot juice daily or eating it as a salad can help your body produce new red blood cells (RBCs) faster.

3. White Sesame Seeds
