Islamabad Lal Masjid: Maulvi in Lal Masjid asked for support for war against India, but no one raised hands. Is this a sign of changing attitude in Pakistan?
Pakistan India Tensions: After the Pahalgam terror attack, there is a possibility of a war between India and Pakistan. In such a situation, a video of Pakistan has gone viral on social media. The video is of Islamabad's Lal Masjid. Maulvi Abdul Aziz Ghazi asked the people gathered in the mosque if they would support Pakistan if there was a war. There was silence on hearing this. No one raised their hand.
It is seen in the video that a large number of people have gathered in Lal Masjid. They are sitting on the ground. Controversial Maulvi Abdul Aziz Ghazi is giving a speech from the stage in front. He asked, "If there is a war between Pakistan and India, how many of you will support Pakistan? Raise your hands." On hearing this, no one raised their hands. After this, the Maulvi said, "Very few people are seen. This means that understanding has been developed. The issue is that the war between Pakistan and India is not only a war of Islam. The war against Pakistan is a war of community."
#Deobandi cleric Molana Abdul Aziz Ghazi: Pakistan-India war is not of Islam but of nationalism. Pakistan is more oppressive than India. India never bombed Lal Masjid or Waziristan. In Pakistan, Baloch, Pashtuns, PTI workers, clerics and journalists are forcibly disappeared. pic.twitter.com/sX2lL9FtNE

Maulvi Abdul Aziz Ghazi said there is more oppression in Pakistan than in India
The Maulvi said, "Today there is a tyrannical regime in Pakistan. There is not as much tyranny in India as there is in Pakistan. Did a painful incident like Lal Masjid happen in India? Did the atrocities that are happening in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa happen there? Did their own fighter planes bomb their own countrymen like this? Are so many people missing in India?"
This video was recorded at Lal Masjid on May 2. This video has sparked outrage on Pakistani social media. Experts believe that this is the effect of growing disillusionment within Pakistan not only towards its civil-military leadership but also towards its ideological stance towards India. This cleric of Lal Masjid was once synonymous with radical calls. Now he is not getting support from the people of Pakistan for the fight against India. This is a sign of a deep rift within Pakistan.
26 people died in the Pahalgam terrorist attack
Let us tell you that on 22 April, terrorists attacked Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. Due to this, 26 people died. Most of those who died were tourists. After this, India took many tough decisions against Pakistan, including suspending the Indus Water Treaty. Imports were stopped. The border was closed and visas given to Pakistani citizens were cancelled. Pakistani leaders threatened to launch a nuclear attack. Indian forces are also ready for every situation.
