The central government is running the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, or PM Kisan Yojana, for farmers across the country. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are provided financial assistance in three installments each year. A total of ₹6,000 is disbursed each year. This installment is distributed in three stages, with ₹2,000,000 being transferred to farmers' accounts every four months. Farmers are now awaiting the 24th installment, but not all farmers will receive this installment.

To receive an installment under the PM Kisan Yojana, farmers must be eligible according to the scheme's rules. If a farmer is found ineligible, they will not receive an installment. Therefore, it is important for farmers to check their eligibility and the documents related to the scheme.

Additionally, completing e-KYC is essential to benefit from the PM Kisan Yojana. Farmers who haven't yet completed e-KYC are likely to face installment delays. Similarly, completing land verification and Aadhaar linking is also essential. Failure to complete these necessary tasks could prevent farmers from receiving installment benefits, even if they are eligible.

When will I get the 24th installment?

Each installment of the PM Kisan Yojana is released every four months. The previous 23rd installment was released in June. Therefore, considering the four-month window, the 24th installment is expected to be released in October.

However, there has been no official announcement regarding the exact date of the 24th installment. Therefore, farmers should monitor official information. Also, check whether the e-KYC, Aadhaar linking, and land verification processes have been completed.
