were also deprived of this benefit.

For example, the names of those who are ineligible and have applied incorrectly are removed from the scheme and they are deprived of the installment.
Apart from this, farmers who do not get the necessary work done under the scheme may also be deprived of the benefits of the installment.
Essential tasks covered under the scheme include e-KYC, land verification, and Aadhaar linking.
How many farmers received the 24th installment?
The 24th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was released on October 30.
This installment was released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself.
More than 9.34 crore eligible farmers have received the benefit of Rs 2,000 each today.
