The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has released an advertisement (No. 12/2026) for recruitment to 70 Group C vacancies in various departments. The recruitment process will include Clerk (Accounts, Legal, IT), Driver, Translator, and Field Artist. The application process began on September 25 and will continue until October 19, 2026.

Posts & Qualification:
Clerk (Accounts – 34 Posts): Graduation with Maths, Statistics or Accounts as one of the subjects.

Clerk (IT – 12 Posts) / Legal (11 Posts): Degree in IT/BCA/Computer Science or Law.

Translator (6 Posts) / Driver (3 Posts) / Field Artist (1 Post): Degree in relevant field/10th pass with driving license with 3 years’ experience.

Other Condition: Must have passed Punjabi language at 10th level.

Age Limit & Application Fee:
Age: 18 to 30 years as on 1st January 2026 (relaxation for reserved categories as per rules).

Fee: ₹1000 for General category; ₹250 for SC/BC/EWS; ₹200 for Ex-Servicemen and ₹500 for Persons with Disabilities.

Selection Process and How to Apply:
Candidates will be selected based on a written test, typing test (30 words/minute) and document verification. Interested candidates can register on the official portal sssb.punjab.gov.in, fill in details, upload documents and submit the form by paying the fee.
