The hot wind blowing in the afternoon and night has become a cause of trouble for the people. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of a further increase in mercury in the coming days.
According to the daily data report released by the Meteorological Department, there was no storm and rain activity recorded anywhere in Rajasthan on Sunday. Apart from this, heat waves affected many districts of western Rajasthan. Talking about the temperature, the highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded at 47.4 degrees in Sri Ganganagar, 46 degrees in Bikaner, and 45.6 degrees Celsius in Churu, and the lowest temperature was recorded at 19.0 degrees Celsius in Mount Abu. According to the recorded observations, the average amount of humidity in the air was recorded between 10 to 30 percent in most parts of the state.

According to the forecast report of the Meteorological Department, on Sunday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 41.7 degrees in Ajmer, 43.4 degrees in Alwar, 43.5 degrees in Jaipur, 42.0 degrees in Sikar, 45.0 degrees in Kota, 44.2 degrees in Chittorgarh, 45.9 degrees in Barmer, 45.2 degrees in Jaisalmer, 43.4 degrees in Jodhpur, 46.0 degrees in Bikaner, 45.6 degrees in Churu and 47.4 degrees in Sri Ganganagar and 31.4 degrees Celsius in Mount Abu.
Minimum temperature of main districts
According to the forecast report of the Meteorological Department, on Sunday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 29.0 degrees in Ajmer, 31.6 degrees in Alwar, 31.6 degrees in Jaipur, 28.0 degrees in Sikar, 32.4 degrees in Kota, 27.7 degrees in Chittorgarh, 29.2 degrees in Barmer, 26.0 degrees in Jaisalmer, 30.0 degrees in Jodhpur, 29.7 degrees in Bikaner, 29.2 degrees in Churu and 30.0 degrees in Sri Ganganagar and 19.0 degrees Celsius in Mount Abu.
Alert of the Meteorological Department
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain or storm in Rajasthan for the next week in most parts of the state. Here, there is a strong possibility of the weather of the state remaining dry. Apart from this, there is a strong possibility of a maximum temperature of 45-47 degrees in the Bikaner division of north-western Rajasthan from 8 to 11 June and heatwave/severe heatwave in some places. At the same time, there is a possibility of strong dusty winds (30-40Kmph) blowing in Bikaner division and surrounding areas from 8 to 10 June.
Monsoon may enter in the fourth week of June.
According to the Meteorological Department, the effect of the western disturbance will end in the second week of June. People will feel hot due to the increase in temperature this week. After this, pre-monsoon rains may occur in the third week. A monsoon system will be active in the Bay of Bengal in the fourth week. If the conditions are favorable for it to move from east to west, then there will also be a possibility of monsoon entering Rajasthan in this fourth week.
