Ingredients for making semolina dumplings
- Rava or semolina - one cup
- Onion – one finely chopped
- Green chillies – 2 finely chopped
- Ginger – one teaspoon grated
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons finely chopped
- Curd – half cup
- Turmeric - half a teaspoon
- Garam masala - one teaspoon
- Oil
- Red chilli powder - half teaspoon
How to make Semolina Dumplings
- To make semolina pakoras, take semolina in a bowl. Now chop the onion finely. Add grated ginger to it.
- Now add finely chopped green chillies and curd. Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and garam masala to it. Now you can add other vegetables to it. Now prepare the batter for pakoras by adding water.
- Now heat a pan and add oil. When the oil is hot, take out some batter and fry the pakoras. Fry it on medium flame. Fry it till it becomes crispy. When it is cooked, take it out and serve it with chutney.
