Which increases your pocket expenses. In such a situation, the doctor suggested that any oil that you consume should be rotated in 6 months. Because every oil has some flaw or the other. There is some material that can harm health. In such a situation, when you keep changing the oil from time to time, the flaws of that oil are covered by the healthy elements found in other oils.
Along with this, he told that the highest number of cases of heart related problems are reported in Kashmir and Bengal. Because mustard oil is used a lot in both the places. In such a situation, if you rotate your oil after every time, then it can be beneficial for you.
