UP: 'Both suffered for hours before death... ate 17 sulphas tablets'; Big revelation in the suicide case of a lover couple

Gorakhpur Couple Suicide:  There was a stir when the bodies of a lover couple were found half naked near Chiuthaan bridge in Chiluatal area of ​​Gorakhpur on Thursday morning. The clothes of both were in disarray and a scooty, clothes and two bottles of sulphas were found near them. 

Gorakhpur Suicide Case:  Vishwanath and Neetu of Gorakhpur had consumed 17 sulphas tablets with water. When the poison started spreading in their bodies, they started writhing in pain in the field itself. As the heat in their bodies increased, both of them removed their clothes and threw them away. Both of them writhed in pain for hours before their death. Police and forensic experts have expressed this apprehension after investigating the crime scene at Chiluatal. After the death of both, the grieving family members said that if they had listened to him, both of them would have been saved today. 

According to the information, on getting the information of the incident, Vishwanath's elder brother Brijesh Singh reached the crime scene on Thursday morning and started crying loudly. He was repeatedly saying that if he had listened to his brother, he would not have had to see this day.

Brijesh told that Vishwanath had gone to Gorakhpur two days ago with his scooty. Both of them were in love for four years. Neetu was divorced after her marriage and she lived in Gorakhpur. While Vishwanath worked in a hospital in Delhi. He returned home only a month ago. Since then, for the last few days, he was threatening to commit suicide while insisting to marry Neetu. A scooty has also been found at the spot. On the basis of its number plate, it has been found that the vehicle belongs to Manish Girdhari Lal Sharma, resident of Ayodhya Ramnagar Colony.

Vishwanath's brother Brijesh said that he had recently bought a second-hand car from Ayodhya. Vishwanath was driving it. Handbags, watches, nose rings and dupattas were also found near the bodies of both. According to the police, two bottles of sulphas were found at the crime scene. Three pills were left in it. This is why it is suspected that both of them must have consumed 17 pills.

Both the bodies were cremated 

after postmortem at Netwar Ghat in Campierganj and those of Vishwanath and Neetu were cremated at Rohin river ghat by their family members. Neetu's family members looked extremely angry. They were not ready to talk to anyone. There was an uproar at Vishwanath's house after the death of the young son. The viscera has been preserved as the cause of death of both was not clear in the postmortem.

The two were in a love affair for four years 

Vishwanath's friends told that he was in a love affair with Neetu for four years. The girl's parents are farmers. The distance between their houses is about one and a half kilometer. About three years ago, Vishwanath had pressurized Neetu to marry him. But the family did not agree and got Neetu married somewhere else. Because of the love affair, Neetu got divorced from her husband within one and a half years. After this, she started living at her parent's house.

Here, the conversation between the two started again and they started talking about getting married. Meanwhile, Vishwanath got engaged somewhere else. Both were upset about this. After this, Vishwanath started pressuring his family to marry Neetu and also threatened to commit suicide. Vishwanath left the house two days ago and Neetu also left on Wednesday. On Thursday morning, the bodies of both were found in a field 150 meters away from Chiuthana bridge of Chiluatal. During this time a crowd of people had gathered.

Lover couple committed suicide by consuming poison, half naked bodies found in a field.

There was a stir when the bodies of lover-couple were found in half naked condition near Chiuthana bridge in Chiluatal area of ​​Gorakhpur on Thursday morning. The clothes of both were in disarray and a scooty, clothes and two bottles of sulphas were found near them. The villagers informed the police about the incident. SP North who arrived with forensic team inspected the spot and collected evidences. After identifying them from the Aadhar cards found with them, information about the incident was given to their families.

Neetu was married three years ago.

The deceased have been identified as Vishwanath Singh (24), a resident of Bajhan village in Campierganj, and married Neetu (24) from Kunjalgarh. Both were in a love affair for the past four years. Neetu was married three years ago but she separated from her husband due to her love affair with Vishwanath. Neetu was living at her maternal home for nearly one and a half years. She left the house two days ago. After a lot of searching, the family members lodged a missing person report at the Campierganj police station on Wednesday.

According to the police investigation, both loved each other and wanted to get married, but their families were not ready. Vishwanath had warned his family several times that if he did not marry Neetu, he would commit suicide by consuming poison. Even after this, their families were not ready. Late on Wednesday night, both came on a scooter to a field located 150 meters from Nepal Road Chiuthana Bridge in Chiluatal area. Seeing the place deserted, both committed suicide by consuming sulphas tablets with water.

Prima facie, the case appears to be a suicide, as two bottles of sulphas were found near the bodies. There were no marks of injury or scratches anywhere on the bodies of both.
