WhatsApp Update: A major change in WhatsApp, this amazing feature has come for voice and video calls, read the details

WhatsApp is an essential app for everyday use. It's used to store important documents, messages, photos, and more. It's now undergoing some significant and user-friendly changes. One of the changes and features customers have been waiting for has arrived.

WhatsApp now has noise cancellation. So, the problems you face while talking on the phone will be gone. We often make calls, and some people hold important meetings on WhatsApp. They often hear other voices, outside noise. But now that concern is gone. According to Wabetainfo, this feature is currently available in beta.

WhatsApp aims to improve your calling experience with this new feature. Along with Android smartphones, this feature will also be available on WhatsApp Web. Last month, the company introduced the voice and video calling feature for WhatsApp Web. This feature of WhatsApp is not limited to WhatsApp Web only, but it can also be used on the Android app. A new feature called built-in noise cancellation is being seen in the WhatsApp Beta Android 2.26.11.8 update available on the Play Store. Screenshots of how the noise cancellation feature will look in this feature have also been shared.

The screenshot shows that while on a call, users will need to scroll up to find the noise cancellation feature, which needs to be turned on by toggling it on. Noise cancellation isn't available on the Android platform, but it is available on devices running the iOS platform. When a WhatsApp call comes in on an iPhone, iPad, or other device, the noise cancellation feature automatically turns on.

What is noise cancellation?

Available in many true wireless stereos and smartphones, the noise cancellation feature works by isolating ambient noise, wind noise, and crowd noise, so your voice can reach the other end of the call. Usage and user feedback on WhatsApp's noise cancellation feature will be available in the coming days. Currently, this feature is in the testing phase and is available to a select few. It will be rolled out to the stable version in the coming days.
