As per a report by The Times of India, the first India-Pakistan encounter is expected on September 7, followed by another high-voltage match on September 14 in the Super Four stage. The 2025 edition of the Asia Cup will follow the T20 format and feature six teams — India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and UAE. These teams will be divided into two groups.
