Trump confuses India with Iran: Donald Trump claimed that tariffs prevented a nuclear war between India and Pakistan, but he got confused by naming Iran instead.
US President Donald Trump is getting confused while speaking these days. Trump has once again claimed that he ended many wars through his tariffs, but in the meantime he got confused about India and Iran. Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump said that he had used tariffs to prevent a potential nuclear war between India and Pakistan, but while giving the statement he mistakenly mentioned Iran instead of India.
Confused about boasting
Trump said that if there were no tariffs, America would have no defense, and that other countries have always imposed tariffs against us. But no president has ever responded. He claimed that tariffs have maintained peace in the world and ended many wars.
BREAKING: In an insane moment, Trump calls Iran a nuclear power, and claims to have stopped a war between Pakistan and Iran. "I heard they are shooting at each other. Two nuclear powers," confusing Iran with India.

Potential nuclear war averted: Trump
Trump further stated that when he was negotiating a trade deal with Iran, Pakistan wanted to be included in the process. He explained that when he learned that the two countries were firing at each other, he threatened to impose 200 percent tariffs and trade sanctions on both countries if a war broke out. According to Trump, the war ended within 24 hours, thus averting a potential nuclear war.
Sharif calls Trump an ambassador of peace
Trump claimed that Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, during a recent meeting with him, told him that he had saved millions of lives. According to Trump, Sharif was referring to the tense situation between India and Pakistan in which seven planes were shot down. At the Gaza Peace Conference in Sharm el-Sheikh, Shahbaz Sharif publicly praised Trump, saying that President Trump had saved the world from a nuclear conflict and that Pakistan had nominated him for the Nobel Peace Prize. Sharif called Trump an ambassador of peace and said that he had made the world more livable and prosperous. Trump concluded his statement by saying that he had ended five or six out of eight wars through tariffs and that if tariffs had not existed, wars would still be going on in many parts of the world today.
