In the video, she was also heard shouting and abusing the security guards. The woman hit a restaurant manager at the airport on the head and face with her pencil while he tried to stop her. She bit him on his right hand, resulting in an injury.

While tourists stared at her and took pictures with their phones, she threw water in the air and danced wildly. At one point, a woman threw a coat at her, causing Palma to scream and run away, yelling at the strangers to “fuck off” and quickly breaking a display television.

She then repeatedly threw her phone at another screen and broke a monitor at the airport before hiding behind an emergency door. Security personnel eventually took her into custody. According to the complaint, police found Palma covered in blood behind an emergency door at Gate D1 of Terminal D, which was not hers.

'She was going to heaven, but came from hell'

Palma reportedly told police she wanted to be with flowers and was in the woods when they handcuffed her. She said she was going to heaven and that she came from hell. The woman also claimed to identify as several Disney princesses, including Ariel and Pocahontas. She also admitted she was traveling with her 8-year-old daughter.

She told officers she and her daughter went to the airport in a car she had revealed. Although Palma told police she was trying to better herself and that sometimes it hurt, she stressed she did not want to harm herself or others.

Palma later admitted to officers during questioning that she had not taken her medication that day. However, police did not say what type of medication she was taking. She was initially detained for mental health and is currently charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
