To prevent acid formation in the stomach, Baba Ramdev has suggested doing yoga asanas like Mandukasana, Shashakasana, Vajrasana, Yoga Mudrasana and Pawanmuktasana. These asanas help in improving digestion and reducing acidity.

Vajrasana, also known as Diamond Pose, is a yoga asana that helps improve digestion and reduce stomach problems. Doing it for 10-15 minutes after meals can improve the digestive system.

Yoga Mudrasana is an effective way to improve digestion and relieve constipation. It increases flexibility in the digestive organs and relieves stress. Its regular practice improves digestion and relieves constipation.

Pavanmuktasana is the best yoga to improve digestion. It helps in removing the gas accumulated in the stomach, which improves digestion.
