Alpha Box Office Day 3: Alia Bhatt–Sharvari Wagh’s Action Thriller Stays Strong, Nears ₹60 Crore Worldwide Despite Mixed Reactions

Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh's action thriller Alpha has completed its opening weekend with a solid performance at the box office. While the film has received mixed reactions from audiences and faced criticism on social media, it has managed to post steady collections during its first three days in theatres.

According to Sacnilk, Alpha opened with ₹9.25 crore on its first day. The film witnessed growth on Saturday by collecting ₹11.50 crore, followed by another jump on Sunday with ₹13.25 crore. With this, the film's three-day India net collection stands at ₹34 crore, while its gross domestic earnings have reached ₹40.80 crore.

The film has also performed well in overseas markets, where it reportedly earned around ₹18 crore during its opening weekend. As a result, Alpha's worldwide gross collection has climbed to approximately ₹58.80 crore in just three days.

Half the Budget Recovered

Made on an estimated budget of ₹120–130 crore, Alpha has already recovered nearly half of its production cost through its opening weekend collections. The film's performance during the weekdays will now be crucial. If it maintains stable earnings from Monday onwards, it could move closer to recovering its full budget in the coming days.

Alia and Sharvari Lead the Action

The film features Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh in action-packed roles, showcasing high-octane stunts and intense fight sequences. Alongside them, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor play key roles, adding further star power to the action entertainer.

Despite the mixed word of mouth, Alpha has cleared its first weekend test with respectable box office numbers, and all eyes are now on its weekday performance.
