What can you do to prevent tongue ulcers?

A proper diet and healthy eating habits are essential for preventing tongue ulcers. Avoid eating highly spicy, sour, or pungent foods. Maintain good oral hygiene and drink plenty of water daily. Include foods rich in vitamins B and C, such as fruits and green vegetables, in your diet. Avoid tobacco and alcohol.
