Arya Chanakya Niti: One should not open one's mouth even by mistake on these occasions, one should remain silent, valuable Chanakya advise

Arya Chanakya was a great thinker, economist, and diplomat. He wrote a book called Chanakya Niti. Arya Chanakya has explained many things in his book that even today guide many people on how to live their lives. Chanakya says that there are certain situations in our lives where a person should always remain silent. Just because you remain silent does not mean that you do not understand something. Remaining silent is a sign of a wise person. Wise people do not speak when it is not necessary. When you speak when it is not necessary, it can get you into trouble and your respect in the mind decreases. Conversely, if you speak only when it is necessary, your respect increases and you gain respect in the mind. So let's find out what Arya Chanakya actually said about it.

Don't speak in front of the king – Chanakya says that it's wise to remain silent when the king is speaking. Even if the king is wrong, never offer him advice. Because if he becomes angry, you could face death or other dire punishments. Therefore, Chanakya advises never to give advice to the king.

Dividing Wealth Between Two Brothers - When two brothers are dividing wealth, don't interfere in any way. Let them decide how to divide it. If your words result in one brother receiving more wealth and the other receiving less, you will suffer a lifelong sin. Furthermore, speaking in such a situation could create social enemies. Therefore, Chanakya advised never to speak in such a situation.

Don't give advice to fools – Chanakya says that when you encounter a fool, it's best to remain calm. Never give fools advice, as it will only get you into trouble.

Stay calm during a fight – Chanakya says that when two people are fighting, Chanakya advises never to interfere.
