A CSC second year student of IIITDM College, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh was making nude videos of other students for the last two years and sending them to her boyfriend in Delhi. The case came to light when a girl caught her while making the video. As soon as the other students of the college came to know about the case, they started creating a ruckus and gheraoed the police post.

An MMS scandal has come to light from IIITDM (Dean Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing) College located at Dumna Airport Road, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, where a student was making nude videos of female students and sending them to her boyfriend in Delhi for the last 2 years. The students caught hold of the student and handed her over to the college management and gheraoed the Dumna police station demanding action.

The students who reached Dumna police station to surround it said that they are students of IIITDM and an MMS scandal has been going on in the college for the last 2 years, where a BTECH, CSC second year student has been making nude videos of the students and sending them to her boyfriend in Delhi for the last two years. A student said that today when she was taking a bath in the hostel, she saw a hand from above the bathroom, when she looked, there was a device in the hand. When she came out and looked, a student was making a video of her with the device. She immediately called other students and caught the student who was making the video and took the device to the college management and confiscated it and handed it over to the student as well, where the police reached on information, took the student into custody and started interrogation.

There are more than 400 girl students in the college.

Angry with the making of the video, more than 150 students surrounded the Dumna police outpost and demanded the arrest of the girl student. The students say that there are more than 400 students in the college. The girl student used to make nude videos and send them to her friend in Delhi. These videos were being uploaded on social media. The students allege that their videos are being misused. The students say that the police personnel at the outpost say that FIR is not registered here but will be registered in Khamaria police station.

Student's mobile phone confiscated

In this case, Additional SP Suryakant Sharma says that the girl students had reached Dumna police station and surrounded the police station, whose complaint was that a girl student had made nude videos in the college hostel, who has been detained and is being taken to Khamaria police station for questioning. Action will be taken in the matter. Along with this, it has also come to light that the video was made and sent to a friend in Delhi, for which the girl student's mobile has also been seized and the help of cyber cell is being taken.
